So let’s dive in with how to use your online support:
1. Refer to your last Assessment to show you which of the Self-Care guides are most important to your body and health.
2. Pick just one Self-Care guide at a time and focus on this for a whole month. (This allows you to track your progress and focus as you update a new area of your health each month).
3. Review and reflect on your progress at the end of the month as shown in the LLN Journal.
4. New month, move on to the next Self-care guide on your journey to better health naturally.
Some Essential Tips
Unsure which Self-care guide to start with first? In clinic the very first place I start is with Sleep so it’s a good place to start if you are unsure!
Starting mid-month? 1. Jump-in and start on your chosen Self-Care anyway so you don’t lose crucial motivation! At the end of this month decide if you need to continue for another month on this guide or if you are ready to move on to the next. 2. You can explore everything on offer in LLN first so that come the start of the new month you feel organised and comfortable to begin. Your choice depending on your personality and circumstances.
Using the Self-Care Guides – At the start of the month take time to listen to the video as I share many extra tips and insights, I have kept each video to no longer than 10 minutes. You can then read the notes (optional) afterwards to help ‘set’ the information. I have combined audio, with colourful written notes on purpose to aid in absorbing the information easily.
Self-care Check-List – these are colourful downloads included in every Self-care Guide for you to save or print and use as a reminder of the specific Self-Care steps for the current month.
